Another shop had given me a long list of “repairs” my truck supposedly needed, but Exclusive Automotive confirmed everything was in great shape. Fast and courteous! Was fair and honest in their assessment and was reasonably priced. Even though the issue was due to owner ignorance. Well... better than finding out I need an engine rebuild I guess. Found out that their oil change for my Ford SuperDuty was much cheaper than at the dealer so will be coming here from now on and whatever else ails my vehicles.

Fantastic service

Wayde at Exclusive Automotive has integrity and does not replace parts that are not needed. I had a squeak in my brakes so I was ready to replace them and he said that all they needed was a little grease to take that sound away. He didn't just replace them and charge me for them without cause. I had also had him check for what was reading at another place as a Cam Shaft sensor code alert and a transmission code and he checked it and said no your car is running as it should and there was no code coming up to suggest anything was wrong with my car. My car was having trouble with the pickup speed when I was on the freeway so I had a battery replacement and general maintenance done on the car and then he replaced the spark plugs for me and greased my brakes for me and that baby runs like a champion race horse. It is a 2002 Honda Accord that runs like it did when I bought it. We have had him work on other vehicles in the past and he is very reliable for fixing them and within a short amount of time. Thank you so much for your services Exclusive Automotive. I recommend this place above all in Las Vegas! I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity!

After a good friend of mine recommended Exclusivr Automotive I haven't been anywhere else. I have even taken family members' vehicles there as well. The staff is courteous, professional and they won't rip you off like some other places in Las Vegas.

I cant tell you how great these guys are! I got here about 15 min before opening, and the front door was open. I needed an oil change, and they had a full morning scheduled. Michael was so kind to grab my car, and he started working on it before they even opened. They're so fast, and if any problems arise they always fix or help u out ASAP. Thankyou so much guys! I took my car in for check on a small oil leak. They checked it out and gave me a diagnosis of what was occurring. I have been taking my cars to Exclusive for many years and have NEVER been disappointed with the work and cost. They are always fair priced and their work is excellent. We've been taking our vehicles to Exclusive Automotive since 2015 and there is no other mechanic we'd consider taking them to in the valley. As friendly and professional as they come, they make a point to provide repair services, not sell repair services. I've been talked out of getting services when they knew my budget was constrained and it's always appreciated to know I can trust when they say something it absolutely necessary, strongly recommended, or non essential in the moment. Id recommend them to anybody in Las Vegas.

Logan here is excellent. He was very patient and explained everything about the repairs answering all my questions. Did all necessary repairs for a good price. I will definitely be going here only for any future repairs.

Went back for another repair. Micah and team are fabulous too. They know what they are doing and can be trusted.

I utilized Costco’s referral program and found this place. Marcella and Micah were both awesome! I had my alternator replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. And, although I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in and complete the repairs within 2 days. The price was very reasonable too, I even called three other repair shops for quotes and no one was able to match it.

On another note, I read a couple of negative reviews with people mentioning some staff using curse words. Come on, folks. This is hard work for them. And, don’t act like you’ve never heard the words before.

Exclusive has always been good to me. They explain things well, and stand by their work. They don't try to over-sell you things you don't need, and perform their work in a timely manner. Micah is great at customer service and communication!

We have been using Exclusive Automotive for many years and are always happy with their performance. Trust is difficult to earn in the automotive repair industry but we trust Exclusive Automotive implicitly! They NEVER recommend a repair unless it needs to be done. We drive 30 miles one way to get to them and it is worth that long drive. They have been keeping our elderly Sequoia running in topnotch shape since they opened and we appreciate it immensely. Love them!

I'd taken my VW to Pep Boys when the A/C went from running intermittently to not blowing cool air at all and they told me the compressor needed to be replaced to the tune of $1800. Horrified, I called Exclusive Auto after having been previously referred to them by a friend, and made an appointment for them to do a diagnostic. It only took them 30 minutes (vs. 3 hours it took Pep Boys) to tell me the compressor was fine and it was only the expansion valve which needed to be replaced at a fraction of what I was expecting. When I brought my car back to Exclusive for them to do the repair it was 7:30am and was quickly out of the shop, with a perfectly running A/C, by 9:30am. Even better, it cost less than $300! These are honest guys who do honest work...and I - and my bank account - are SO very grateful to have such a shop here in Las Vegas. I won't go anywhere else again.

The folks at Exclusive Automotive are absolutely amazing! My engine light started to flash the day before NYE. I drove my car to a shop close to my house (Tire Works Total Car Care). They told me I needed to replace 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils and the total cost was $1300 and that INCLUDED a $300 discount. I started to read reviews for that shop and decided to put the repair on hold. I stumbled upon Exclusive Automotive and called them in a frenzy on NYE. I explained what the other shop told me and Brandon immediately said it was extremely rare for ALL 6 ignition coils to be bad. He asked me to bring my car in so they could take a look.

Long story short, I had my car towed to them on NYE. They were closing early, but checked it out first thing Wednesday morning. I did NOT need to replace all 6 coils. In fact, I only needed 1. So they replaced 6 spark plugs and 1 coil for $253 and it only took 1 day to repair. Talk about excited! So excited that I took my sons car in to get the engine mounts replaced. I was able to fix both cars for less than what it would have been to repair mine at Tire Works. Not to mention, their customer service is amazing. Everyone that I've dealt with has made me feel very comfortable! I'll definitely be taking our vehicles here for any future repairs!

If your like me you hate when something goes wrong with your car for the sole purpose of dealing with sleazy mecahnics who just want to milk you for everything you got. Well these guys were recommened to me and ever sense ive taken my car to them it has put to ease the worry of bringing my car in and being taking advantage of. They are really nice people who are honest, who communicate with you as they are going over/working on your car. And they are good at what they do! Defintely recommend them if youre tired of the horrible leach mechanics that are out there.
